Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track
